   • Step 1: Pack it up in its original packaging. If you’ve misplaced it, no worries—just make sure it’s snug and safe for its return trip.
   • Step 2: Reach out to our Customer Support Team at help@furjaden.com to get your Return Authorized. 
   • Step 3: Sit back and relax while your returned product makes it back to us safe and sound. 

3. Swapping for a New Adventure: If you’re eyeing a different backpack or suitcase, we can help you swap it out! Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll arrange for an exchange. It’s like a treasure hunt but with luggage!

4. Refunds Galore: Once we receive your returned gear and confirm it’s in tip-top shape, we’ll process your refund. Please allow a little time for your refund to appear, as it travels through the financial jungle. 

5. Return Exclusions: Our return policy doesn’t cover items that have been used, damaged, or are past the 30-day window. But if something unusual happens, give us a shout—we’re always here to help.
