Here’s how our return adventure works:

Ready for a New Quest? If you’ve decided your gear isn’t quite the right match for your travels, you’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to start your return journey. Just make sure the gear is in its original, unadventured condition (think pristine, not like it’s been through a jungle!).

Simple Steps to Return:
- Step 1: Pack it up in its original packaging. If you’ve misplaced it, no worries—just make sure it’s snug and safe for its return trip.
- Step 2: Reach out to our Customer Support Team at help@furjaden.com to get your Return Authorized.
- Step 3: Sit back and relax while your returned product makes it back to us safe and sound.

Swapping for a New Adventure: If you’re eyeing a different backpack or suitcase, we can help you swap it out! Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll arrange for an exchange. It’s like a treasure hunt but with luggage!

Refunds Galore: Once we receive your returned gear and confirm it’s in tip-top shape, we’ll process your refund. Please allow a little time for your refund to appear, as it travels through the financial jungle.

Return Exclusions: Our return policy doesn’t cover items that have been used, damaged, or are past the 30-day window. But if something unusual happens, give us a shout—we’re always here to help.

Important Note 1: We make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us.
Important Note 2: Even though we have been able to deliver an order to you, we may not have reverse pick up available for your location. In such a scenario, you can still return the product to us and are eligible for refund however you will have to arrange for the parcel to be sent to us. Incase of such a situation, we will reimburse you towards the return courier.
Please note that once the inspection is completed, you will receive your refund back to your source account within 48 Hours.
